LCF's vision is to create a future where all Latino families are safe, healthy, and full participants in the civic and economic life of California.

Mission

Our mission is to build a better future for California's communities by investing in Latino children and their families.

We fulfill our mission by:

• Focused grantmaking to Latino-based organizations serving children and youth in the Bay Area 
• Providing technical assistance to build organizational capacity of our grantees
• Building a network of local providers, community leaders, and decision makers to address issues affecting Latinos
